4. Make Shumai filling

The carefully selected and prepared ingredients like mouth watering shrimp, imitation crab meat, and fresh onions and so on are gently mixed together and seasoned to perfection.

5. Wrap Filling

The filling is precisely placed on each flatten shaped wrap and is consistently folded into an esthetically shaped Shumai Dumplings by the latest technology.


Each Shumai Dumpling is put is inspected by well trained staff before it enters the steamer to make sure that each one is perfect in size, shape, and weight.

6. Steam

Each Shumai Dumpling is steamed under the most optimum conditions.
Steamer Time: 10 minutes
Steamer Temperature: Above 190F (88C)

7. Freeze

In order to lock in freshest and the best tasting pot sticker dumpling to you, each dumpling is instantly frozen in the state-of -the art Quick Freezers.


This new technology provides the most optimum conditions for achieving this goal.
Freezer Time: About 40 minutes
Freezer Temperature: -22F (-30C) and below
