1. Place frozen Shumai Dumplings on microwaveable tray.

| 2. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave. (Approx. 10sec. Per piece on 1,000 W microwave) |

| Steaming |
| 1. Place sufficient water in the steamer and bring water to a boil. |
| 2. Add the frozen Shumai Dumplings and steam at high heat for 10 minutes. |
| Deep Fry |
| 1. Preheat oil in ordinary saucepan. |
| 2. Place Shumai Dumplings in saucepan (oil should cover Shumai completely). |
| 3. Cook for 3 to 4 min. at 350 F until Shumai is completely brown. |
Caution:
Cooking times vary depending on type of appliance and heat intensity.
Use caution as product will be hot.
Keep frozen until ready to use.
