Ajinomoto Shumai Dumplings
The shumai is a very common part of Chinese Dim Sum and is a very popular snack food in Asia. Shumai are small meat and
vegetables dumplings which are wrapped in a thin, delicate wrapper and steamed. They are eaten with soy sauce, vinegar, mustard and other sauces. Some people eat deep-fried shumai as well.
Ajinomoto offers two kinds of shumai, shrimp and pork. The shrimp shumai is filled with shrimp, fish, onion and special seasonings. The pork shumnai is filled with pork, onion, oyster sauce and special seasonings.
