4. Make Pot sticker filling

Selected ingredients that go inside each pot sticker are cut up and seasoned to perfection.


Only the finest part of the cabbage, onions, garlic and so on are cut up and used for Ajinomoto's best selling Pot stickers


The carefully selected meat and seafood are cut up and seasoned to perfection.

5. Make dough wrap

Ajinomoto uses a special blend of the finest flour, salt, and water mixture to make the dough not only tasty, but gives it a unique texture that distinguishes from them from other pot sticker brands.


The dough is gently mixed, rolled out, and cut out into an oval shape wraps so thin and light that it gives it just the right texture and flavor.

6. Wrap filling

The filling is precisely placed on each flatten shaped wrap and is consistently folded into an esthetically shaped pot sticker dumpling.

7. Steam

Each pot sticker dumpling is put into trays and is inspected by well trained staff before it enters the steamer to make sure that each one is perfect in size, shape, and weight.


Each pot sticker dumpling is steamed under the most optimum conditions.
Steamer Time: 81/2 minutes - 9 minutes
Steamer Temperature: Above 190F (88C)

8. Freeze

In order to lock in freshest and the best tasting pot sticker dumpling to you, each dumpling is instantly frozen in the state-of-the art Quick Freezers.


This new technology provides the most optimum conditions for achieving this goal.
Freezer Time: 40 - 45 minutes
Freezer Temperature: -22F (-30C) and below
