How our Pot Stickers are made
Take a factory tour and see how we make our best-selling pot stickers.

Level 1: Ajinomoto only accepts the finest ingredients.
1. Receive & inspect

Before accepting any ingredients, they are thoroughly checked for freshness & quality. If they pass Ajinomoto's strict quality standards, they are received.

2. Store

All ingredients are stored in a temperature and humidity controlled freezer to preserve freshness and quality until processed for production.


All frozen ingredients like vegetables, meats, and seafood are kept in a controlled state of 0 F (-15C) or below. All other fresh ingredients like cabbage, onions are stored in a temperature and humidity controlled cooler warehouse around 41F (5C).

3. Select & make preparations

All of Ajinomoto's production staff are trained and tested before they are qualified to select & prepare each ingredient.


All frozen ingredients that go into Ajinomoto's products like frozen meats, vegetables are thawed and only the best are selected by our trained staff. Fresh ingredients like Cabbage & Onions are selected, thoroughly washed, and prepared for production.
