Cooking Instructions
Our regular potstickers can be cooked on your stove top in minutes. Our new potstickers with with EZice® can be cooked on the stove top or in the microwave, insuring that they will turn out perfect every time.
Stovetop w/ EZice (with lid method) |

1. Place all Potstickers with EZ ice on a non-stick frying pan. |
 |
2. Cover and heat on high for 4-5 minutes, then remove lid. |
 |
3. Turn to medium heat and continue until Potsticker bottoms become golden brown. |
 |
4. Turn off heat, serve gyoza and enjoy. |
Stovetop w/ EZice (without lid method) |
 |
1. Remove from plastic tray. Place all Potstickers with EZ ice on frying pan. |
 |
2. Heat on medium up to 12 minutes and continue until Potsticker bottoms become golden brown. |
 |
3. Press down and quickly push Potstickers forward with backside of spatula. In case of sticking (excluding non-stick frying pans), put frying pan on top of a cool wet towel. |
 |
4. Turn off heat, serve gyoza and enjoy. |
Microwave w/ EZice |

1. Leave all Potstickers in original packaging, open side to vent, and remove sauce packet. |
 |
2. Place on a microwave safe dish and heat on high for 3-4 minutes. |
 |
3. Carefully remove from microwave, strain excess water, and serve. |
EZ Chicken Dumpling Soup |
 |
| 1. Place two potstickers in a microwave safe cup, add 1/2 cup water. |
| 2. Heat on high for two minutes. |
| 3. Carefully remove from microwave, add salt and pepper to taste. |
